The ERG Reading Group invites graduate students and faculty members to meet throughout the academic year to discuss current issues in HE.  Our next session will be held on Tuesday the 1st of November, at 11am in the Social Common Room in Derwent College.   


UK schools and universities are witnessing considerable controversy surrounding male students’ behaviour in what has been termed an increased ‘culture of laddism’, sexism, harassment and violence.  But what does it mean exactly and what are schools and universties doing to tackle the negative impact that ‘laddism’ has on the educational experiences and wellbeing of female (and male) students?
